“Unamerikan” is the debut 4-song 7” by FAKE, a Memphis quartet featuring guitarist Keith Cooper (OPTIC SINK, AQUARIAN BLOOD, JACK O & THE SHEIKS), drummer Dustin Crops (MARCELLA SIMIEN, KONDOR), bassist Andrew Geraci (SAN SALIDA, ALICJAPOP), and guitar/vocalist Tm. Prudhomme (FUCK, LUVCLOWNS). FAKE recordings and live shows often entail an ever-growing ensemble, with FAKE back-up singers, FAKE horns, and FAKE guest stars; and though presented with an anything-goes mentality, the end result typically comes off as a well-oiled machine, emitting perfecto pop tunes and melodious fun.

Fun facts:
FAKE was formed as part of a recording project Prudhomme began during an Artist Residency program. His prospectus for the program: “How To Start A Band!”
The FAKE 7” was mixed at the world-famous Easley-McCain Recording in Memphis.
